1. Using the Site

1. Eligibility (13+) – You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission.

2. License – We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. User Content – If you submit feedback or other materials, you grant Axion a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt that content.

2. Waitlist Sign-Up

• Joining the waitlist is optional. By submitting your email, you consent to receive product updates and may unsubscribe at any time.

• Waitlist enrollment does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or delivery dates.

3. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, and software on the Site are Axion property or licensed to us and are protected by U.S. and international law.

Except for the license in Section 1.2, no content may be copied, modified, or distributed without our prior written permission.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law;

• Interfere with the Site's security or functionality;

• Transmit spam, malware, or misleading information;

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access our source code.

5. Regulatory & Medical Disclaimer

Axion Click is not FDA-approved, is not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Site.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axion Labs Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

9. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA (without regard to conflict-of-law rules).

Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here and, if you're on our waitlist, emailed to you. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
